After a fairly long lay off ( last run was September 17). I went back out today around a stone heavier than when I was out regularly. I managed to go over 5 km but with 2no. 3 minute walk breaks. I had been dreading it but actually loved it and I have great feeling of well being now I am finished. I felt slightly fitter than expected. Get a few more runs under my belt and try and find a 10km around May to train for. Onwards and upwards.
