Week 2 run 1

OK so this went reaaalllllyyyyy quick. Yes the last two runs are still the hardest...

I have to be honest I can't believe I've got this far. You'll probably laugh as it's only week 2 and I've got 7 weeks left. But I thought I'd give up or come up with an excuse like I have with every other form of exercise I've done by say run two.

Proud of myself. I also lost 4 and a half pound this week!

Bring it... I can do this!... I hope lol.

P. S anyone got any recommendations for earphones? I have to wear a hat to keep them in my ears but it gets too hot towards the end. Thanks xxx Sarah... Need a nap now hahs

Losing weight and getting fit is a long term thing. exercise helps no end I can tell you. I never used to do any Can’t stop now since learning torun with this fab programme

I lost 3.5lbs of festive flab this week. I lost my weight 7 years ago but you have to keep on top of it or else 😁

I just wear a folded Buff around my ears, to keep them warm, but the rest of my head uncovered to allow the steam to escape. The Buff does hold my earphones in place very nicely I only have cheapo earplugs. Mine at the mo are what came with my phone. My Sony MP3 player ones fitted well too but conked and I replaced them with some £3.99 Lidl job’s which are good 😃 You get a choice of three size ear inserts, I use the smallest
