I haven’t run since completing C25K in August due to badly spraining my ankle ligaments!! Started again on Saturday with week 4 completed today !! My aim is to do a 10k in may . Wish me luck ☘️

Take it slow and steady after an injury. Remember your pace does not need to exceed that at which you can hold a clear ungasping conversation.

Good luck with your 10k training. So and steady, with gradual increase in mileage of no more than 10% a week. Sorry to hear you crocked your ankle! I did the same thing and it took ages to heal. Fine now though. They toughen up as you keep going
