My heart stents don't like the cold air so I'm running indoors until weather warms up. Took advice and set treadmill to an incline.

Legs telling me I've been doing something (did some squats as well today) but feeling great!

I had never thought about stents being affected by cold. Are they near to the exterior, and what is the effect?

Its more about breathing cold air in that affects arteries around the stents apparently. Heart rate initially increases more than usual on cold days.
