Hi all, I’ve now started on W3 and got the shock of my life when Sarah said I was gonna run for THREE minutes!!! (I’d stupidly assumed it would be two because it went from 1m to 1m 30s I though 2m would be next
Anyways, I did it and had a big fat grin on my face when I’d done my first 3 mins.
Very cold and slippery here today in Nottingham!
Happy running everyone!🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️

The jumps do increase and sometimes dramatically so. But you know what ? It wouldn't do that if it didn't think you could do it , and you can. Trust me. Well done so far
Yes, and you did it, and in style 😊 well done! You will manage all the other jumps too. If, for any reason, you find a run difficult, there is absolutely no shame in repeating it, but I bet you smash them all x
Thanks for all of this. In my work I get presented with demandng challenges and get on with it. I am thinking of applying the same approach here. I really hope my leg and lungs are in on this project!
If it increased by a minute a week it would take about 8 months to complete.
You are building as you walk as well as run, and from day 1 your were walk/ running for 16 minutes in total; getting your heart rate up, then dropping, then raising again to build your stamina up meaning you can deal witth a continuous 3 mins.
