So after recovering from a foot injury and Christmas it's time to get back to it I'm working all weekend so set myself a start day for monday I'm excited to get going again week 1 here I come xx

Hi Mrrun I had plantar faciitis I got to week 3 before and was really enjoying it so was very annoyed when I had to stop it's been a couple of months and to be honest the diet is not going to well 🙈 but looking forward to getting back on the wagon well the treadmill 😊 x
Injuries sometimes come and go, but you need to make sure that whilst on IC you do all you can to prepare yourself for running in order to avoid another blip. I had two, both lengthy, both avoidable.
When it comes to diet, the ball is in your court, you know better than us what to do, or not.
