plan for run stymied, but I've bought a BUFF!

Raaah. Arranged to give something away this evening, got home just in time, they haven't shown up (yet...) . Am sitting here in my NEW BUFF though - it'll be just the thing for keeping my ears warm and my hair back! Lovely merino wool and a great pink that sort of goes with the orangey pink go-faster stripes on my leggings. Can't wait to give it a spin! You guys should get commission from them as I'd never have known what they were without this forum! Perhaps a custom Couch to 5K design should be in the works?

Happy Friday all x

I have a nice buff, had it a while, love it. But I really really wanted a Women's Running Purple buff. Just my colour! So as a little treat I bought my nice new purple buff.

Not had a chance to wear it. But: Darling daughter visiting over christmas. She feels the cold, lived in London past 6 years, no longer a hardened Northern lass!

My perfectly purple buff now lives in London, with darling daughter .

You all knew I was going to say that didnt you? Once a Mum, always a Mum 😉

i want ALL THE BUFFS now. I did go out tonight in the end! I'll have to experiment with how to attach it to my head though, it was either too tight, too loose, or just lumpy. I never wore those headbands as a kid so now I don't know what I'm doing with my new accessory!

Good over the ears, then your head doesn't get too warm but ears are Toastie!

Or tie a knot at top and make a beanie.

When you get too warm wrap it around your wrist.

Simply brilliant, even those that arnt perfectly purple!

Heh, and I haven't managed to pilfer my mum's crochet hooks from her, though she even says she doesn't like crochet! I did have some of her clothes as a younger woman though :)

Hey can you imagine if someone brought out a C25K range of clothing or accessories?? They'd soon be rich! 💰💰💰

Good buy! Have you made all the different hats yet? My favourite is the "Saharan"

I think so far I'd call my creation the 'fluorescent wimple'

I love my buff...goes over my ears to keep them warm plus keeps my earphones in 😂🤣

Sigh, i have orangey pink go fast stripes lust!

If you go to the website of the original Buff company, you will find instructions for wearing your buff in a vast range of ways.

I never was one for accessories, but now...

Me too, I bought one. Now you too can run in the buff!
