Been out for my last run of 2017. Took it nice and slow and hit the 6k barrier. It’s been inspirational to read everyone else’s journey since starting mine in September. It has kept me motivated and running has now become part of my lifestyle. Continuing to run 3 times a week I’m hoping to continue to improve my stamina and fitness and see where is takes me. Wishing you all a Happy and Healthy 2018. Keep on running 🏃🏻♀️🎉🍾🙌🏻😘
