So lovely long walk around Malham cove on Boxing Day with my niece and her dog 🐕 then day off today to drive home to Manchester. Had a lovely relaxing Christmas only marred by a cold. Pleased I gave myself the gift of starting the 0 2 5k though and feel so good about making the decision to pursue the path to good health. I want it to become a habit not a chore so being kind to myself andreally enjoying the support on here. Thank you xx

Malham Cove? How lovely. My last 2 runs have been near Pen-y-gent so not too far away. I'm going to run from Malham to Janet's Foss next time I'm in the area - probably the summer. Good look with this programme and do let us know how you get on!
