Aaaaaaargh!!!, tried to go for a post Christmas run hoping to build on the 6k from Christmas Eve (doesn't that seem a long time ago!!).
Couldn't even do half a kilometre as a bad back sent shooting pains right through me.
I don't think it's anything serious, just to much lounging around, scoffing food and drinking beer over the last couple of days.
Will try again tomorrow as I am wanting to do the Newcastle Park Run on Saturday.
At least I was ok on the exercise bike and I did 22k/42 mins and 500 calories.
Hope everyone else is fit and well after the Christmas blow out!!!
