Do I have to repeat the week again?

Do I have to repeat the week again?

Hi all, I’ve been a bit delayed in doing my C25k runs as my daughter has been really unwell. I’ve just managed to get out today which was my third run in the C25k app, but I’m wondering if I need to repeat the first week again cause I’ve had about 2 weeks off? Can you let me know if I need to repeat the first week or if I should just continue on to week 2. Thank you and hope you all had a fab Christmas! Xx

Unless you found week 1 really difficult then no I would just crack on with week 2.

If you completed week 1 and feel ready to move on to week 2 then do so, but if you feel you need to repeat week 1 to find your bearings again after your daughter's illness, then that's fine too. It's all about doing it at your own pace
