Today my whole family descended on us for Christmas. Last year we told eveyone we couldn’t cope with it as we were waiting for MrRfcs kidney transplant... so this year MrRfc and his new kidney and me minus one, had our whole family and friends round for a great celebration.
I might not of gone for a run but my exercise looks good for today, cooking and hosting Christmas for everyone including popping to the pub and running home at break neck speed because I left some sausage rolls in the oven unattended by mistake and generally looking after everyone gave me a calorie count of 4,500 from my garmin. I’m not sure if I ate more than that though 😀😀😀😀😀😀
Happy Christmas all

Thank you for your wishes Rfc and Happy New year for 2018.
I had a good run the day before Christmas and another run this morning Boxing Day, so I got the Christmas Calories all sorted. I first thought I would need a wheelbarrow to carry my stomach after all this good food but didn’t need to as those two runs took care of everything. I will do the same for new year.
My only regret was that I did not make it to Parkrun as it was my rest day. They had a ball I understand, dressed up all Christmassy. There is always next year..... 💃🏻
I thought about Parkrun but honestly couldn’t fit it in. My calories would of been amazing if I had. Well done for getting all those runs in. Happy New Year to you too.
Sounds perfect, and so much to celebrate too. I’m so glad you had a good day.... we have 21people today and I’m just sitting her panicking a bit!!!! Have a restful day today xxx
Thank you, wow 21, you will be fine. I had to take lots of deep breaths yesterday as times kept changing but it has a way of all coming together, remember to enjoy the party as well. Have a great day. Rfc x.
Wow RFC - didn't low about the kidney donation thing - that is majorly AWESOME, but still in festive frame of mind I read the title of your post as INADVENT RUNNING - Season's Best to you and yours
