Week 5 Run 3

Was very apprehensive to do the 20 min run today. And to make it worse its so windy here and I had wind with me on the first 10 mins and against me for the second 10 mins. So so so hard, could hardly run against it but.........so chuffed I did it. Almost walking pace I would say at times against the wind but I got there. Sore legs now though. Looking forward to an easier run next time!
