I just wanted to wish all you lovely people A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS. I've finished making up beds and now there's food prep to do, hoovering, last minute present wrapping and the table to be laid ... Oh and a bottle of prosecco to be consumed by myself and the current Mr NW. I'd like to say we'll get a run in later but I know realistically it's not going to happen.
But after the plague of locusts has departed after Boxing Day lunch .... Maybe ... Squeeze a little run in before it gets dark ...? Who here will be running when? I'm curious!
See you all on the other side of the festivities .....! Xx

I haven't changed my plans at all. Ran today and will again on Tuesday then Thursday, then.....and on, and on.....
Discipline, discipline and discipline!
Well I ran this morning and ran 3 miles.Thats me now till Wednesday as I’m working Boxing Day,and of course I’m going to have a brilliant day with hubby and our two labradors.
I’m getting a little frustrated as my running plans have been interrupted a little! I’ve been working longer hours! Joys of working in a bakery!!
Hoping to get out for a wee run tomorrow morning otherwise I might go just a little bit crazy!! 😀
I was going to do week 8 run 1 today, but too knackered after house cleaning, shopping etc. It will have to be tomorrow or Boxing Day now. I might treat myself to a non hilly run in Oxford while we visit my partners mum. Have a great Christmas x
