I have just completed the programme - 3rd 30 min run this morning. Totally elated as I'm not young for all this. Michael Johnson encouraging me was fantastic (although he appears to have forgotten my name!) Reading all the posts here really helped me too. I'm still slow only managing 3.7km in 30 mins but hopefully that will speed up as I do more - woohoo!!

Well done. 😃👍. Don’t forget to apply for your virtual badge

As yoy run further, increasing by no more, than 10% a week, you, will get stronger and will begin to speed up. It takes time but don’t be in a hurry as you build running legs slowly

It’s fun though 😃👍

Congratulations!!

Congratulations.

You have done something wonderful for yourself by starting a running career.

The world is your running track, enjoy it.

Keep running, keep smiling.

Well done lyndajet , brilliant work! I bet you're thrilled. Now enjoy it :) A bit like learning to drive, you _actually_ learn to handle real-world situations after you pass your test. Now you can actually learn what works best for you and your body, and how you fit all that around your life.

Have loads of fun, you graduate you!!
