Just completed run 2 of week 3. Really enjoyed it. Can feel my stamina and strength has really improved. I took it slow and found I was recovered well before time was up.

The bug really has bitten! 😊 I used to dread the idea of running let alone actually doing it. I’m really enjoying this programme
