Lovely run this chilly frosty morning

Morning all. Hope you are managing what ever weather you have this morning . In Manchester it’s cold and frosty no snow, so just perfect for a Sunday morning run . I have enjoyed 6 k around Stratford and TRAFFORD Park , a bit industrial , but quite and in its own way quite serene . It was defiantly cold but with the help of my reindeer bob hat and cosy gloves 🧤 plus my twin skin socks I was like toast . It is such a joy to just be able to go out and run. I am so happy that I took the plunge and made the couch 25k important in my life

It was same for me up near Edinburgh this morning!! Bitterly cold and frosty but no snow! I did 6k as I tried a new route and it was a bit further than I thought!! Really enjoying this!!!! 😀🏃‍♀️

Hi @Sarakc it’s great to find new routes. It’s amazing how you notice such different things than when you drive down the same route
