Can't shake my running itch but due to injury history my partner has banned me from running in snow and ice... so off to the gym tonight for a treadmill run

Yeah, I would love to attempt the snow because it's not actually that bad but after spraining my ankle falling off an aerobic step my partner has banned me 😂😂

No point in risking hurting yourself. A run is still a run. Also I haven't been here recently and just saw your previous post. Just keep on doing what you are doing and don't let the b******ds grind you down. I don't get this at all!
