I’ve been a good runner this year, whilst I haven’t made it to 5k(just yet) I aiming to before Christmas. I have only missed one of my scheduled runs since starting this year,and can now manage Hills, slopes, cold and dark, and have kept motivated! So feel that all that All in all I have achieved a lot! Just to let you know that this programme is an excellent start to better health physically and mentally and you may wish to consider starting this in the new year after all the mince pies!
