I don't have to decide whether I want an independent Scotland or not but I do have to decide whether or not I should run in about an hour.
I'm due to do W7R2 today or tomorrow. I had a particularly difficult and unpleasant run on Tuesday where I just scraped by W7R1. I've had two good night's sleep and a little doze this morning when my toddler napped. I feel ok-ish - not bursting with energy but not on death's door. The thing is, if I don't run today I may not get a babysitter tomorrow and it'll have to wait until Saturday.
Get the feeling that running today will either cure me or kill me. Tips and advice welcome!

Some of it is in the head but why not go for it but just at a really gentle pace, getting out and running even slowly might put you in the right frame of mind and will get you over that putting it off feeling. And it's a lovely day, at least where I am so better out than in.
I'd give it a try (I read it first of all that you had had 2 HOURS sleep!!)...if you don't I think you will be spending the rest of the day wishing that you had. Just take it steady :0) (and I love your tags!)
"if you don't I think you will be spending the rest of the day wishing that you had"
Yes, I think this is very true!
I'll go out and see how I do, not going to push it though - I have to pick my eldest up from school straight after my run... vomiting in the playground wouldn't be ideal!!
Get out there atomic - you know you want to or you wouldn't be sharing with us! Just take it real slow - its a lovely day out there, just try to enjoy the freedom.
When in doubt, i tell myself I can always walk instead of running.... that gets me out and inevitably I just keep on. I have posted a picture in another post that you might want to look at- very apt!
Hey DeathRunner (sounds more like a German Rock Band than a Girl Band) - well done - I found Wk 7 really tough for some reason but it does get easier - go go
Just read this after you got back. I was going to say the same as everyone else. I think a lot of us feel like that, but I have found every time except one that I enjoyed it once I started!
