Hi all
I've had my first week off running recently since I started in September and it was a bit of a shock to the system! We went to Barcelona for 4 days and I had a few dos afterwards so it meant there were 8 days between runs - a first for me over these last few months.
Well, I'm pleased to say that on Thursday I completed a 20 minute run and today did a 30 minute run. It was super chilly this morning but absolutely beautiful weather. It felt good to be back!
I'm looking forward to 3 steady 30 minute runs each week for the next few weeks. I'm hoping to get back to my local parkrun the next 2 Saturdays - they're even doing one on Christmas morning which I'm considering.
I hope everyone is coping with the chillier days and still managing to get out there.
