Next run is graduation, lurgy receding?

Well, Week 9 is taking a while to get through due to weather, work, a weekend away and now man flu!!!. Woke this morning feeling pretty dreadful but by mid afternoon felt heaps better, still not ready to run but hit the exercise bike with determination and did 30 mins/16k/365 calories so feel I am definitely getting on top of it. Big family do tomorrow but should be able to graduate Sunday. Oh and we put the tree up so feeling quite festive 🎄🎅😁

Hi old floss, yes it's the Tyne Bridge, I live not far from Newcastle airport
