My view and stats on my graduation run this morning. Just sat down after spending most of the day staining fences and garden furniture, feeling quite tired but happy now😊 Hope everyone’s had a lovely day 🥂

Haha, yes he is. He’s a whippet so not a long distant runner, not that I’m doing long distances 🤣 but he’s ready to go home after we’ve been round a couple of times, (I do 4 times round our wetlands) he just plods along behind me!

I have 2 greyhound rescues, amazingly fast over 30s to a minute, totally done after a long walk. No stamina lol

Well done, it’s an amazing feeling ❤️ Once you’ve soaked it up, look at consolidation runs, maybe a park run, there is a faq blog on what you can do after c25k, it’s worth a read.

Thanks for the advice. I’ve got my bar code for my local park run, just need to get over my fear of running in front of people and go 😆 Will check out the faq on with to do after c25k 👍🏻
