Well done...but why seven days?
Hi Gbh36
Glad to hear you are getting hooked (like the rest of us). Please do make sure you have your rest days in between runs, though.
I am currently "on the bench" 🤕 I was on week 3 when I was on holiday and went a bit over the top with long hilly walks as well as three Runs. Now I have knee issues but am desperate to get back to C25k asap.
Let's hope we both make it to the podium some time next Spring! 🌻

Yeah having a night off tonight cos the weather is rubbish - treadmill tomorrow though if Storm Caroline hits . Was just starting to enjoy it.

Bonus marks for enthusiasm but if you are a new runner, please take your rest days.
This is when your body repairs and strengthens itself. Without rest, no repair, no strengthening and so increased injury risk.
