Well it was probably just a gentle warm up for Chris Froome but in an effort to get rid of the Edinburgh calories and alcohol units I cranked out 15k in 29 minutes on the exercise bike (formally known as clothes horse). Back to running tomorrow hopefully with Week 9 Run 2.

Pounding away on the exercise bike is damn hard work for me but one of the best ways to build up your stamina....imho 😊
