Its rest day but had the urge to undertake some exercise so.... hopped on my bike. 13.30, 28 degrees and cycling 😨
Not too sure what i would achieve but had prepared well, hydrated and carb loaded i managed 16km in 33 minutes, stopping only because i was overheating. 😁😁😁

Consolidation starts tomorrow! I understand there’s 9 of those runs, so I’m aiming to do that over the next 3 weeks. I’ll be tracking my runs for the first time since I started. I’m not sure if I’ll aim for a longer distance at the moment. So my goal is to continue to run regularly and hopefully become more comfortable and relaxed about my runs. I really want to be running on my next birthday too! ❤️
