Best bit was hubby came out with me ( & rang rings round me whippet style) but reassured me that I don't look " oh dear"!! ๐
Aahah I don't normally run to the beat of the music i'm listening to but just trying to imagine running to Eleanor Rigby... no chance!
Keep enjoying
Try these, if Eleanor isn't working

Eleanor Rigby... I like the Beatles but I think the only track I've had on a playlist was Here Comes The Sun. I used Eleanor Rigby for my research project at uni over 30 years ago so still have strange feelings about it. You should definitely check out some of the suggestions for playlists made by the Retro Runners, especially if you like '80s music. Is there a reason why you want to run so quickly ? Just curious
Lol! Not at all. Just that I had been warming up gently in my usual snail style to the measured pace of 'Skyfall' when suddenly 'Eleanor Rigby' came racing through my earphones making me instinctively thinking
"Aaaah, my legs won't go that fast!" ๐
... but even a snail can aspire to jogging a titchy bit faster than walking pace. ๐
Well done for keeping the schedule! Mine has been a bit hectic because of work and still battling with that cold. I envy your Brubeck snail (actually more like squirrel now?) gambolling
Being a gambolling squirrel sounds very attractive, but fear that I am still a snail- I could hang onto squirrel hopes for the distant future! ๐
