Week 8 Run 1 completed today! At long last I’ve actually enjoyed a wonderful 28 minute run with no aches or pains! I think I can put this down to two things....anti-chaffing cream applied generously to my feet which stopped my soles from burning due to friction, and a ten minute warm-up on the seated eliptical training machine which warmed everything up nicely! Hope this helps someone!

nice to see you've had a good one, all these lessons we have to learn... Ho hum and they are all very personal too. Me - I can't eat before running... took a few goes to work that one out!
