I am not worried about this week as I have completed it before.
Started off great, but felt really tired before the end. I did have a weight session before though. However, I completed it and looking forward to the next run.
A tip for myself... make sure I pack my sports bra in my bag next time! I still ran though!

Well done for doing a weights session AND a run. I am just ahead of you W3R3 or rather was before my knee problem (last week) and bad throat (this week). I forgot the sports bra when I went to buy new running shoes - easy done. The shop staff were bemused by my non-joggy technique on the treadmill!
I signed up for the gym. in Oct and I love going. I always went on the cross trainer and decided last week to conquer my fear of the tredmill and begin c25k.
Loving the weights and already seeing some. changes in my physic.
