Well, I completed week 2 yesterday, rest day today .I took the advice about not going too fast and , touch wood , I managed it .I've looked at next week's programme so running for 3 mins may be a challenge, but it takes a lot for me to give up ! I just wanted to share that i have done this !

In a wierd kind of way, I liked week 3 - less runs!! (Even though they are slightly longer!)

If you do look ahead, then do it with anticipation and not apprehension, delight not dread...this is a terrific programme and you are going to be ready for each and every run.

Well done your a star in your own running show. Keep going I have and can’t believe I’m on week 5. 🐌🐌jog all the way but never the less it’s a kind of jog something I’ve never done in my life and I’m 65 !!!! You can do it.
