Aww why not? You did the hard bit which was get out! Some runs feel better than others, you’re doing grand!

I think I ran too fast in an effort to get it over with! Obviously that’s not going to work 🙄

You probably did i know i had to slow down, even though im slow already!! When it came to running the continuous runs! Some runs also nit as good as others! Next one probably be great😊enjoy😊

Definitely slow down a bit... I had a total mare for my last run and ended up going so much slower. The goal is not to stop, slowing down definitely helps. You’ll feel better next run
