W5R3 is tonight. I’m at home waiting for the other half to get back from work to watch the kids so I can go. It’s raining hard outside and I had a friend visiting last night so stayed up late with a few glasses of wine. You can imagine how much I want to go and do this run ha! Will update when I get back 😊

I did w5 run 1 tonight in the rain. I found it took my mind off the running and I didn’t find it too bad. Hopefully you will find the same good luck

I did it!!!!! I actually punched the air when I finished! Nearly swung round a lamppost too 😄

I’m soaked to the skin and no matter which direction I was travelling in it was straight into the wind and rain but I think weirdly that helped me keep my pace. The first half of my run when it’s dark is up one of those invisible hills and when I’d managed that I realised I was going to be able to do the whole 20 minutes - nearly cried with joy! Felt very emotional. So pleased 😁😁😁😁
