Wk5 run 1

Didn't really fancy going out this morning. A cool 5° and horrible drizzly rain. But I went, and surprisingly (for me anyway) I found the 3 x 5 minute runs really easy. Still getting a little bit of cramp, but found that running with a limp for a few strides sorted it. Am I finally turning into a runner? Still a bit scared of the 8 minute runs on Wednesday tho 😕

Well done! 😄

No need to be scared, this clever program and your clever body I've got you already for those eight minutes!!

Honestly, the 8 minutes really are fine! It was my last run and I kept thinking, gosh, it’s only two runs this time! You’ll be great.

Brilliant... make sure you are warmed up well and stretch after every run! The runs are all just runs.. each one, leads to the next and you are ready for them!
