Ok so went to get some medical advice from my doc and she says that I can continue running and taking it slow. I’m not going to run until Thursday so that’s a good 5 day rest. She had a feel around and did some certain stretches and she said everything seems fine. She also checked what running trainers I was wearing and previously I was wearing 6 year old trainers until Saturday. So she thinks that’s wear the damage has been done. So onwards and upwards for me. 😝😝
