Week3 run1

I've had 2 days rest but I was worried about the new week. I couldn't put it off any longer, as the day was getting darker and cold. Surprise, I managed the run without any problem. I felt my calves a little bit , but they weren't painful. I thought I mustn't have run for as long as the first two weeks. However I did make sure I went slowly. I still have to remind myself I never used to run at all but it's not going badly at all. I have become a real running addict, talking to friends about it when we get together socially. I must be a real bore!

As are we all... if not running, then talking about running:)

Well done for getting out there and well done for slow and steady! Don't forget to stretch after every run and roll those calf muscles too!
