I completed week 2 jog 3 today and I was most relieved to hear the advice that I had completed as I don’t think I had anything left …. I see week 3 has 3minutes of jogging …. Any advice for finding 3minutes of jogging stamina? 🤩

Well done on completing the first two weeks of C25K, don't worry about week 3's three minute runs, the program has prepared you for it, take those runs slowly, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, good luck, remember that you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to.
AlMorr covered it but if you were exhausted after last run then biggest advice I can give is: Slow down. Probably going to fast and for many weeks that was my biggest problem. Best advice was to go at a conversational pace - if you can't talk without gasping then you need to slow down. Still haven't got it fully but finding it a heck of a lot easier than before.
Other thing was to drink plenty (2.5 - 3ltrs) even on rest days. Takes time to be fully hydrated and waiting until run day is too late.
Finally, well done on completing first weeks. Hope you are enjoying it and best of luck with week 3.
You will run for exactly the same total time in W3 as you did in W2, just with different intervals.
If you are ending your runs with nothing left, then you are pushing too hard.
Your pace should be one at which you can speak aloud clear ungasping sentences............if you cannot, you are going too fast, as stated in the guide to the plan.
Slowing down to the recommended easy conversational pace makes it more achievable and for most, more enjoyable.
Counterintuitively, it is an easy conversational pace running that builds your stamina and endurance, not fast running.
You’ve got this. I found that most of the challenge was in my head and my body and legs could do more than I thought. It sounds intimidating but I would say to give it a go. I remember that I was really intimidated by that week but found that I could actually do it.
Good luck, as people have said take the speed really slow and see what you can achieve. You may surprise yourself. I did.
I've just come through the door from my W3R1 and it was fine. I find chanting "I can do this, I can do this" helps me focus on the run and not on how far I have to go, and today I realised that all those quick runners that pass me in the park are likely to be some of the lovely people posting on this forum - ie friendly supporters - which made me smile and feel good inside!
As someone said in an earlier post, you've got this. Go for it (slowly!) X
