First graduation run

Hi guys I went out this morning determined to do my virtual poppy 5k run as my tshirt & medal came yesterday anyway did my one lap of my country park route 30 mins from app & thought right I'll see how long I can push myself for and I did 4 miles in 47.17 mins I'm well chuffed just kept on running lol 😂

I'm just proud I earned my poppy medal & wore my tshirt too .

Yay well done . I’ve signed up for 5k virtual run . Did u choose ur day to run . Feel a bit of fraud as it’s come without me completing the run yet although I’ve run 5k before. X

No I did email British legion and they said I can do it before 30 Nov whenever I can fit it in to be honest I didn't think I could make it but I just kept running 🏃 lol 😂
