I still can't actually believe it - if you'd asked me 8 weeks ago whether I'd be running for 28 minutes I would have said you were mental! Looking back at posts from the early weeks is very motivating for me & seeing that others all felt exactly the same way. Happy Sunday Run day everybody ☺
