Just back from week 9 run 3 wet but very proud of myself. Thanks to those who offered advice and encouragement over the last few weeks. It's taken a bit longer than 9 weeks because I've struggled to fit in three runs a week with rest days and other commitments but 2 a week will be doable in the long term. Next goal is to get to 5km regularly but more immediately it's time for a shower!
