Got thru it despite everything annoying me (headphones, underwear, shoes) which Iβm sure was purely psychological as these things have never entered my head on previous runs π
Onwards and upwards, looking forward to the 20min run on Monday π

Well done! It's funny how these things can suddenly bother you. I went out for a run yesterday and was fine for ages, but just towards the end I too started to be immensely irritated by my underwear and also my socks. None of the above were really doing anything in particular and I think it was my subconscious mind telling me it wanted me to go home and eat things.
Good luck for W5R3 - I have no doubt you will ace it.
