At almost 66 I finally decided to try running! Always thought it must feel great and wanted to give it a go! Just completed week 3 and looking forward to Xmas for a very different reason this year!! Hope I complete the course.

Welcome to the club! This is a lovely , very supportive group with lots of experienced, friendly runners to help us on our way. I started in September and reading the posts on here has most definitely helped me stay motivated to continue with the programme. Good luck with your running!
You will. I'm a bit older than you and also just did week 3, and there is no way on earth that I'm not finishing! If we have come this far we can do the rest
