Well laying here In bed listening to the rain on the velux poring down. Today should be first run of W8 but looked at forecast and it’s raining here all day in west wales 😏. Tomorrow looking much better so lm going to delay and run tomorrow so today lm going todo some planning for my last 6 runs blitz the house and think about some online Xmas shopping 😏😬. Usually happy to run in light rain as living in Wales you have no choice or you wouldn’t get anything done 😂 but it’s grim out there and don’t feel the need to get soaked. Shame as looking forward to my run today and needed it to clear my head and keep the gremlins away 😀 hey ho stuff happens all well for tomorrow. Hope you have better weather where ever you are running and have a great run. 👍🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Raining here in North Wales too My run day is tomorrow though!

As you say, rain and Wales are wonderfully linked. I love it! But.. it is one thing getting caught in a shower and quite another getting soaked before the warm up !

Make the most of this catch-up day and run tomorrow with a satisfied glow at all the things you got done!

I am off to Caernarfon.. Saturday market... soggy!
