I bet you don’t, I thought the same as you, but Ive done every run. It isnt as scary as it looks. Your body will have been prepared for it by previous weeks, and the first run is another 90 minutes, then you do the three minutes. Also there are fewer runs, so I actually found it easier.

It is time to start believing that this incredible little training plan and your amazingly adaptive body are going to carry you through to graduation and running for 30 minutes.

Lots of work to do, but be assured, this plan works.

Keep running, keep smiling.

You will be fine. It won't be easy, that is sort of the point. But every week you will think eek, how will I manage this. And every week you will and you will feel great. Even if you have to repeat a run you absolutely can't fail unless you give up.

Enjoy.

Be happy with yourself and take a run at a time. Why anticipate that you'll have to repeat (unless you really enjoy repeats ;-)? You're getting more stamina by and by. Trust the voice in your ears and enjoy the next run!
