Hi all - quick update and apology

Did my last 25min run in Corfu 5 days ago but since returning not managed to get next one in due to several things but mainly unwell with stomach pains and feeling weak etc - feeling guilty but I promise I will be back as soon as I can physically do so . Pleased this didn't happen whilst away , maybe should have stayed longer ha ha

Oh no?? I'm sorry not you're not feeling too good...better to get yourself back to feeling 100% though before you start running again...x

Thanks yes my thoughts - I nearly attempted it yesterday but my hubby advised against it and to wait until well . The guilt of not running is a rubbish feeling but common sense must prevail . Gutted 😖 I just want to get on !!!!!!

I know, I'd be the same...you won't get on though if you're not 100% so be patient & listen to your body (& your hubby!!!) x

Don't apologise for being ill, or for 'life' getting in the way. Rest up - the run will still be there when you are feeling better!
