W7 R1 done

Never thought I was going to manage it today. Half way into the run I started to really struggle with my breathing and felt a real lactic acid build up in my thighs. Didn't feel as though I was going faster than the other day. Decided just to slow down and recovered gradually at a slower pace. Was totally determined not to be defeated and actually managed to up my pace by a good bit for the last minute.

Now hoping run 2 will be a bit easier although it will be incorporated into a 5K park run so could be tougher.

I always do stretches after my run and always try to do some form of exercise on rest days though probably not enough :(

Will take a look at the post . Thank you :)
