Delayed again

Tried and failed still not 100% over this virus (throat). Thought I felt ok today and got ready and out I went promptly threw up after 5 mins and headed home guess I’m going to give it a few more days before I try W6 R3 again 🙁

I am sorry you were sick....but now you know. Just listen to your body. It is your best friend and your best guide. Rest up and be kind to yourself....snug up.. lots of liquids.. and take it steady!
