Now I found 25 minutes running super hard in week 6 but today was easier. First 5 minutes were awful but then I found my pace, breathing settled and I even did a spurt in last minute as suggested!!! 30 minutes of running actually seems possible now! Wow!

I ran 3.2k in 25 minutes so 5k still seems pretty far away but I am very proud if my legs today!

And very proud of your legs you should be you're doing great, don't worry about the distance it's all about running for the time required.

Distance/speed will improve with time as you build up further strength
