Hi everyone well after an amazing W5R3 and W6R1 run 2 was a disaster I had developed sciatica and the run was actually awful. So painful, couldn’t get a pace, even though I use a treadmill at the gym and my breathing, which had fallen into place in week 4 was a mess! I gave up the run half way through and felt so disappointed. Anyway I’ve had a week off and the sciatica seems to have eased a little so going back to the gym tonight to rerun week 6 run 2. Feeling slightly anxious but positive.

Slow... really slow and listen to your body... If in pain.. stop.. the runs will be there if there is any issue
