Completed W4R2 this morning in the dark - who turned the heating on compared to yesterday? (So I was over dressed and over warm)
Not as easy or enjoyable as Saturday’s W4R1 - could be because it was dark, or I was too warm or I had too many sherbets with an old pal yesterday evening. Or a combination of all three.
The last 60secs were hard and a small kicker of a hill (more a steep slope) right at the end was not the way to finish the run.
But done and in the bag. Shins perfectly fine now - but oddly my knees don’t feel part of my body at the moment.

So it wasn’t just me! I did this run yesterday Clivea and didn’t want to post how much I struggled. It was for any particular reason, I just wasn’t enjoying it as normal, couldn’t wait to get finished. Hey, we did it so can only get better 🤞
I have struggled on both of the first week 4 runs (fatigue, a stitch and not feeling the love) and was starting to lose the initial enthusiasm I’ve had during the first part of the programme. I’m going to keep going, of course, and hope R3 gets easier and not think about week 5...
