Hi all, I found this run really hard. Harder than week 6 Run 3. I was also a bit slower. Will it ever get easier!?

Well done for doing it though Kelly. I think it can be mind games that come into play on Wk7..you have done that 25 min run before, but now there are only these longer runs ahead it may feel a bit worrying...
Its actually fine though, start nice and slowly, get through the first few minutes while you take on the oxygen you need to run, and relax into it. You should find that no longer taking walking breaks is better as you get into a rythmn.
It will help you to try a different route, a different playlist maybe (unless you are using the podcast) and to take extra rest days.
It will feel easier, if you stay nice and slow. Keep up the good work, you have got this...😊x

Hmmm, yes sympathy- I also had that experience, so on the next run...
I deliberately ran the first 10 mins extra slow along with some good deep breaths.
I ran a different route
... and the other 2 runs in W7 were better than the first.😄
I have just finished W8 & feel much better about these continuous runs now than I did during W7. Give yourself some gentle, slow runs and time to adjust to the idea of keeping going for that long.
Good luck, let us know how you get on so we can cheer for you!😀
